What do you do at Genflow?
I am the Wholesale Account Manager here at Genflow and that means I work with our creators who sell physical product to launch their brands into chain retailers, major online retailers, and e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon. I work directly with the Buyers to ensure smooth successful launches of our brands into these retailers, forecasting stock to make sure we can always fulfil future orders and discussing new product launches and any exciting opportunities.
What were you doing prior to Genflow?
Before Genflow, I was working within the giftware and party decorations sector as an E-Commerce Account Manager looking after all their Amazon channels as well as working with some of the largest retail chains in the USA.

The highlight of your time at Genflow so far?
Securing and launching Shreddy supplements into over 300 Superdrug stores nationwide! This was the first Wholesale launch for Genflow and has been a huge success which has secured lots of exciting new opportunities for Shreddy in the future.
Best career advice you've ever received?
Good Relationships are essential. In my industry, a Buyer should be your “best friend” and building a strong relationship with them is paramount. Once you have gained their trust and they like you as a person, it can have huge impacts on your business and your growth with that retailer.
Your favourite creator right now?
Right now, I love @max_balegde on Tiktok as I find him so funny and relatable… maybe because we are from the same place up North. 😉
