What is your role at Genflow?
As Creative Production Manager my role involves creating all of the web/socials/app content which enables us to launch our clients products to market.

From initial ideation through to feedback on edits, my role is all about ensuring we create content that is on brand, connects with the correct audiences and ultimately drives sales. With content consumption & social media being so crucial to our clients & the Gen Z audiences we target, this is really exciting, challenging and constantly moving.

Describe your role in 3 words?
Creative, Agile, Detailed

What does your day-to-day look like?
It can really vary from coming up with the creative for a new brand to coordinating logistics, models etc. for shoots, briefing and feeding back on edits and then of course, there's the shoot days themselves, where we bring everything to life! Here I manage everyone on shoot to ensure we achieve the creative needed to the best possible quality, whilst leading on art direction and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

The versatility of this role is one of the many reasons I love it.

The highlight of your time at Genflow so far?
Over the past 6 months at Genflow I have done A LOT, and been fortunate enough to work across a wide range of brands & be involved in some of the big launches.

My highlight would have to be bringing the LEAN app & supps launch creative to life. This was a massive brief (and one of my first) which involved multiple moving parts, 4 separate shoots (3 in UK, 1 in Dubai) and big expectations. I was really pleased with how the content turned out, and of course how well the products have performed. It's definitely a big highlight to be a key part of a massive client & brand.

Career advice for someone looking to start a job in production / campaign management?
Always be able to adapt - Production is a crazy world where things can be a little last minute, and there is nearly always a moment where you worry you won't be able to achieve what's needed - But you will almost always achieve the end result if you are able to adapt!

Your favourite account on Instagram right now?
Good question! I use IG as a source of inspiration for myself and the brands I work across, it's always exciting seeing what other creators are doing. One of my favourite creators, who I have also worked with has to be @karl_shakur, he is always pushing his content to the next level, whilst he travels to incredible places. @williekessel's photography is also beautiful, and a constant visual beach escape!
