What's your role at Genflow?
My role as COO is to oversee the day to day running of the business. I'll be working with the leadership team to shape our way of operating, our culture and building our capability.
I'm customer obsessed, data driven, and people first!
What were you doing prior to Genflow?
My role before Genflow was running Selfridges Digital as General Manager, prior to that I was Trading Director for US and EU at ASOS, and I've been Head of Buying at both Zalando and ASOS too. So, lots of experience running big digital businesses!
The highlight of your time at Genflow so far?
This has got to be meeting the team. The energy here is so infectious!
What are you most excited about in the creator economy industry?
Where do you see it heading in the coming months?
It's booming, and we're really well placed within it as a leading player. I think we'll see more and more competitors popping up trying to do what we do - so we'll have to keep moving fast so that we can win the race to be the biggest and best.
Your favourite creator (Instagram, YouTube or TikTok)?
I love my food, so it'll have to be Matty Matheson. What a funny guy.
